Julia has a keen sense of knowing what her customers want because she’s spent her entire career working with people. An entrepreneur at heart, Julia started a company when she was very young and grew it into a multimillion-dollar business. She then started a second successful company, which she quickly franchised. In managing both businesses, Julia never stopped focusing on her customers. She also learned how to seek out new business and negotiate.
Julia has been an agent since 2000. Throughout her decades-long career, she’s been a top producer, and some of her previous roles have included sales manager, coach, and brokerage partner. Julia still enjoys all aspects of the real estate process, from initially gauging what her clients are looking for to seeing the big smile on their faces when she hands them the keys or tells them they got their dream offer.
When the California native is not working, she enjoys spending time with her three grown daughters and their families. She also gets great satisfaction out of mentoring young women and showing them how they can best represent themselves in an ever-evolving business environment. Additionally, Julia loves to laugh, particularly when she’s the subject. Laughing, like helping her customers, gives Julia a great amount of joy.
